History: We began renting Condominium Units in South Florida in 1991. Since then we have expanded our areas to include the smaller towns of Lake Placid and Sebring.
Why
rent one of our houses or Condominiums?
We have dealt with many landlords who do not care about their tenants
or their homes - they took weeks to repair small problems and didn't respond
to requests from their tenants.
Our approach is different. You deserve to live in a comfortable home in a safe neighborhood close to family, shopping and jobs.
Each of our rental houses has been completely renovated before you move in. The interiors have been painted, the appliances have been serviced or replaced and the carpets have been cleaned or replaced. You are really stepping into a brand new home.
Our homes all have Cable or DirectTV (depending on the area). You contract with the local provider for these services.
Services: We provide high qualtity service and support
to our customers. Repairs are made in hours or days ( not weeks).
We believe in maintaining our homes at the highest levels. We offer lawn
service or if you wish, we will provide discounts if you maintain the
lawn yourself. We also offer discounts for making your payments on-time.
Another unique feature we offer is the option to purchase
our homes at the end of your lease. Using the rent you paid during your
lease period as your down payment, you can actually purchase the home
from us at the end of your lease.
